This Privacy Policy outlines the online information collection practices of NAOMI INC., hereinafter "we", "our" or "us". It specifically discloses (1) information gathered by us about you while you are using the naomiaeon.com website (hereinafter the "Site"), and (2) the ways in which this information is used by us. Our site is controlled, operated, and administered entirely in New York, United States.  This policy and the use of the site is governed by laws of New York, United States.  All disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved via mediation, with all costs and fees shared evenly by both sides.  However, each side shall be responsible for their own attorney's fees.
