All Roads Lead to YOU

All roads lead back to the self. The singular, original, one-of-a-kind self that we are.

No one’s journey replicates anyone else’s. And yet there are meaningful overlaps and symmetries. There are notable parallels and intersections.

That’s why on the spiritual journey, it’s all-important that you not take up residency in spiritual platitudes. It’s urgent that you not make camp in your latest spiritual revelation.

Because the journey always continues. More evolution and transformation transpires.

And it goes even further than that…

For the journey into “greater understanding” always turns out to be a round trip.

We get revelations and illuminations…

And then we bring them home to ourselves.

We must, indeed, make these new illuminations our own. We must translate them into the language of our own inner landscape.

We must not “adopt” the spiritual platitudes we come upon whole scale just because they resonate deeply with us.

We must wear them lightly.

For we must go through a process of adjusting to what we now know…

AND every bit as much, we must allow what we learned to shift slightly as we apply it to our own unique journey.

It works kinda like this:

There we are, gamely moving forward on our path… adventuring grandly.

And then there’s info we stumble into that’s key for where we’re at. Indispensable intel that’s much more an *affirmation* and a *reminder* than it is teacherly.

And now that becomes wisdom we hold. Knowledge, input, synchronistically placed in our path by divinity. To deepen our grasp of where we are on our path. A mile marker of sorts.

This divine validation meets directly with our own unique insight, the kind of deep insight only our lived experience can offer us. That is if we truly pay attention to it.

Both the innerstanding from within and the outer world signs and “glimmers” are necessary for our awakening process.

The outside input must meet with the inner insight. Both mattering tremendously.

Our spiritual understandings are meant to be less “arrived at” and more assimilated, alchemized, tailored, and customized to ourselves.
