Beware of Casting Aspersions

BEWARE… of casting aspersions on others who see things differently from you.

BEWARE of judging others… lest ye be judged.

BEWARE of participating in the mass cordoning-off from one another that’s being facilitated before our eyes.

BEWARE of drilling down ever more deeply into the paradigm of “we” and “they.”

BEWARE of upholding division where there need not be a divide.

BEWARE of falling for the rigorous divide-and-conquer tactics being used to trap us in our ever-shrinking silos.

BEWARE of falling for the widespread fear-mongering… And by all means THINK before adding your own fuel to that already-blazing fire.

BEWARE of engaging in what is honestly nothing other than a$$-holery… in “reaction” to the a$$-holery you are perceiving in others.

BEWARE of how hypocritical it can be… to engage in flagrant displays of righteous indignation… of shuddering… at the ignorance of others.

BEWARE of obsessing over other people’s ignorance, for in doing so, we are inevitably overlooking our own ignorance. And we are all ignorant, that’s the painful truth.

BEWARE of dwelling on “their” flaws and foibles… while overlooking your own.

BEWARE of being cocksure—and signaling it gamely—that you, yourself, are intrinsically better than those other people.

BEWARE of your own a$$ hanging out… naked and on prominent display… as you point over at the emperor wearing no clothes.

BEWARE of projecting onto others… of casting aspersions… of thinking the worst… of making assumptions (inevitably false ones)… about where others are coming from.

BEWARE of fundamentally misperceiving reality… because your eyes are simply not seeing as clearly as you assume… yes, YOU, not “them.”

BEWARE of falling for the lies, the spin, and the stirring of the pot that we’re all collectively being boiled in.

BEWARE of hunkering down in your camp… remaining entrenched in your bunker… crouching behind your sandbags of self-protection…

When you could be a BRIDGE!!
You could be a lighthouse!!

You could be an ambassador for oneness!!
You could be a lover at large!!
Yes, you could LOVE your fellow human beings!

You could be a catalyst for healing, uplift, and transformation.
